PEEL OFF COATING
DESCRIPTION :
A special vinyl type formula that is remarkably clean and, that gives protection against rust, corrosion, abrasion and scratches during shipment or storage. Dries to a tough, rubbery film. Usable on most non- porous surfaces.
AREAS OF APPLICATION :
Precision tools, components, Dies, Casting, Murals, Lenses, Stainless Steel, Chrome Anodized aluminum, baked enamel surfaces.
Not recommended : This product is not recommended for plastic or for any other type substrate in which ketones could cause a solvent action on the material to be coated.
TECHNICAL DATA :
The nonporous substrate must be clean and free of foreign contaminants to ensure proper strippability of the coating. Best results are normally obtained when applying to a smooth surfaces versus a through surfaces.
Increased film thickness improves the stripping characteristics of the coating. Apply at least two to three coats of the material to the substrate allowing at least 10 – 15 minute intervals at room temperature ( 70° C ) before applying a new coat.

With smooth even multiple coats 3 – 5 mill film thickness can be obtained. No solvent needed – just peel it off.
